The track & trace service is not available for Royal Mail Standard Delivery Service. On dispatch with Royal Mail Standard Delivery Service, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-10 working days depend on your location. If you have not received after 10 working days, it is possible that they are unable to delivery due to the address is incorrect the package is too large to fit into your letter-box. In this case, Royal Mail usually leave a 'Something for you' card through your letter box telling you this. Your item will be returned to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for you to collect it, or to arrange a re-delivery.

On dispatch with Express Delivery 24/48 Service, you can expect to receive your parcel within 48 hours. You will receive a dispatch email or text message (if you leave us a correct mobile phone number) when your order has left our warehouse.
Please Note: We are using Parcelforce or Yodel 24 and 48 services to delivery large parcels. The price above is calculated based on 1 box less than 25kg net weights. Each addition box will be charged at the same rate.
Any orders contains Frozen/Chilled product will require a special delivery. Therefore, the next day delivery service will be selected automatically by our system. Our forzen/chilled packaging solution last up to 24 hours, Customers must ensure that you are available to sign for the frozen parcel in the day of delivery. Any frozen/chilled items' damages caused by a failed delivery attempt are non-refundable. Starry Asian Market will pack the frozen goods in poli box(es) with ice packs. Starry Asian Market would not guarantee the temperature or quality of the goods. Please note, frozen items are Non-Refundable.

Our packaging boxes are manufactured using recycled material; we also re-use good condition boxes when available to help cut down on waste when packing your boxes.

If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, please contact your local sorting office as the parcel may be being held for you. If the post office does not have it please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
