Spicy Garlic Prawns

4 Large King Prawns (Approx. 100g each including head&tail)
10g spring onions (chopped)
10g garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp white wine
- Trim and slit the back of the prawns to de-vein, then set aside on kitchen paper.
- Blend the sauce mix with chopped spring onions and garlic, then evenly fill each prawn.
- Bake at 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 for 8-10 minutes, then serve immediately/
