Spicy Garlic Prawns

Cooking Method: Oven/ BBQ

4 Large King Prawns (Approx. 100g each including head&tail)

10g spring onions (chopped)

10g garlic (chopped)


Sauce Mix: 

2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce

2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp white wine



  1. Trim and slit the back of the prawns to de-vein, then set aside on kitchen paper.
  2. Blend the sauce mix with chopped spring onions and garlic, then evenly fill each prawn.
  3. Bake at 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 for 8-10 minutes, then serve immediately/
